To signup for an account. You will need to input an eligible phone number in the international dialling format (E. 164), then you can choose to get the OTP by SMS or by WhatsApp.
If you choose SMS but cannot receive the SMS OTP
Please check if:
1. the SMS OTP falls into your 'SPAM' folder; or
2. your SMS setting or mobile carrier setting has blocked the OTP
3. your phone is not receiving signal strong enough to receive SMS
If you fail to receive the code after retrying 2 times, you will need to wait for 10 minutes before requesting a new OTP.
If you choose Whatsapp but cannot receive the SMS OTP
Please check if:
1. you have sent the activation code 'RewardMe' to the Whatsapp chatbot
If you still don't get the code, please stop trying and contact the RewardMe team immediately via the chat button in the app, send us screen captures or screen recordings to show us exactly which stage you were stuck at or any error messages that you ran into. And we will help to look into that for you.
