If you have added an email address to your RewardMe account, we will send the verification code to your email by default.

If you do not get the OTP by email, you may choose to get the OTP by
SMS or Whatsapp 1 minute after your first OTP request.

If you still don't get the code, please stop trying and contact the RewardMe team immediately via the chat button in the app, send us screen captures or screen recordings to show us exactly which stage you were stuck at or any error messages that you ran into. And we will help to look into that for you.
